The best car service is Grab and Indrive, including airports and around town
Car service wait time
If you need to install a car seat, Grab drivers will wait a maximum of 3 minutes, but you can ask them for additional time.
Are car seats really necessary in Manila traffic?
Rriding in car services, we've experienced hard braking, areas where cars moved faster. One accident is all it takes to have an injury.

Full-size stroller

Full-size stroller

These strollers allows your child to sit up with a higher lean angle when it's fully upright. Some have click type adjustable back, like the Joie Muze. Some use cords.

  • Good for ages 4 months to 3 or 4. Up to 15 kg or 33 pounds.

More room for naps

These tend to be wider overall, the shoulder area are important, so kids are not cramped.

  • Adjustable leg rest
  • Cupholders and small storage for kids

Cupholder for the parents and kids

This is sometimes overlooked until you're pushing the stroller with a Starbucks in hand and no place to put it.

  • A little bit of extra storage goes a long way, we have enough on our hands.
  • Large canopy shade

Folded size

Full-size also means larger when folded.

  • Joie Muze has a single fold open and close. Easier.
  • Still fits in small cars.

Travel Stroller

Travel Stroller

Lightweight, compact and easy to carry.

  • May fit in an airplane's overheard compartment
  • Good for shorter rides, or on and off
  • Not as roomy
  • Recline back is not as vertical as full-size

Nap time

Almost fully lay flat, slight recline. These often uses a cord to adjust the back rest.

Slim profile

Easier to maneuver, might be helpful if the place is crowded. Lacks cupholders, might have to finish that latte first.

Compact fold

Often folds into a trifold and may have a strap or handle. Some have luggage type handles like the Apruva Trax-Lite.

Jogger Stroller

Jogger for comfort

Jogging through the mall? Well, comfort come in the form of rubber tires. The Aprica Smooove strollers also have thick cushion.

  • All-terrain tires goes over bump with ease.
  • Front wheel can be fixed for running.
  • Even though these look rugged and heavy duty, their weight limit is still only 33 pounds or 15 kg, heavier weight will make the stroller harder to maneuver.

Nap time

Joggers also have a lie flat back and adjustable leg rest.

Less bulk

Some joggers can be bulky for more hardcore running, some have some of the features without the bulk. Aprica Smooove is the latter, your little one gets the comforts.

  • Cushy and quiet tires
  • Leather handles

Easy fold

You guessed it, joggers are also bulky folded. They're about the same size as a full-size.

The larger the strollers, the easier they tend to fold though. Just need to lift into the trunk.
