Renting equipment from Maxi Rents4Kids rentals during your next visit to Manila saves you time and money by limiting carry-on baggage. We do all the heavy lifting and set up the equipment, so that when you arrive to your vacation home or hotel, everything is in place and ready to be used.

We deliver to Airports, homes, condos and Airbnbs.

Please notify the property that you have ordered equipment. Please make sure we have been provided the correct address, unit number (if you know it), door code, manager phone number, etc. Instructions on how you or the property will receive the equipment.

Often times, you will need to be present to receive deliveries. This information is important because we make our deliveries on our schedule and it’s impossible to meet all our customers when they check-in.

We guarantee that all our equipment is safe and follows proper regulations, we check regularly for all manufacturer's recalls at the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

Parents still need to follow manufacturer's instruction on how to use products and as intended. 

We clean and sanitize all of our equipment thoroughly before and after every rental. We remove all washable fabrics and machine wash with baby-friendly detergent, we also avoid using fabric softeners and fragrances. 

We also do quality and safety check all equipment before we send it to you.

Upon delivery, we can set up cribs, show how to use strollers, install car seats. 

We have lots of lightweight folding strollers that are cabin friendly. We have Joie Pact, Joie Tourist, Joie Pact Lite, Chicco Miinimo.

Larger strollers are more comfortable for kids and have more features, but they do have to be checked in. 

Some items you might only use for a few months, or once in a while. The costs do add up.

Renting will allow you to get only what and when you need it. Also when you buy, selling items can sometimes be a hassle.

Renting also allows you to try different strollers, car seat and cribs.

Long-term rental discounts are available on a weekly and monthly basis. Simply enter the dates to see the reduced pricing. May not apply to some products, but most have discounts.

Orders canceled 72 hours before delivery date: Once payment has been processed, your booking is still partially refundable. We charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card charges. Credit card processors charges the merchant a fee that is non-refundable even if your order is canceled. At times they also charge a fee when we send a refund.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date: 50% of the booking total of the order amount.

NOTE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED OR TERMINATED EARLY.

Security deposit on cancellation: Fully refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot insure any rental equipment against damages, theft, or loss.

Don't worry about spills or food stuff, we understand. If we can wash it off, no problem, But excessive dirty may incur additional cleaning fees.

Normal wear and tear like scratches are fine, but products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. If the product is returned damaged, permanently stained and/or missing parts. We will assess the cost to replace, repair and/or clean item. Payment will be taken from security deposit.

The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements.

We will only collect the security deposit total upon delivery. We will deduct the rental amount when you return the product. 

So if your rental is P1,000 and the deposit is P5,000. We only collect P5,000 total on delivery and then refund P4,000 upon return.

We only require 50% of the rental period total to reserve the item.

The platform we use, only allows both rental rate and deposit.

A deposit is required to ensure all products are returned to us and in original condition given. Our rental rates are also reasonable and in order to keep prices low, we need to have a security deposit.

Baby gear in the Philippines can cost double for the exact same item in the US, EU, etc. i.e., Graco, Chicco. Example >

Security deposit rates are similar to what it cost to replace based on second-hand. Unless the items are new. 

Security deposit are refundable, but will be reduced in the event of damages, missing parts, permanent stain, item not returned. Late return fees, rental extension. See terms and condition on the checkout page for complete details.

We can refund upon product return, with the exception in the event of any missing parts or damages, for which we have to determine costs.

Bank transfer or G-Cash* have no fees to use.

Credit Card through Paypal. No fees on rental fees, but we charge a 4% transaction fee on security deposit. 

Cash is accepted for deposit upon delivery, but to pre-book the equipment, digital payment is the best method. Once transfer has been verified, we can make your reservation. 

You only need to pay 50% of the rental rate to book your reservation.

*Gcash Send Money Protect is not accepted.

A per day (24 hour period) begins at the time reserved and ends on the same time. If our delivery team is late, we will adjust the start time. 

Rental extension: subject to availability. Extension requests must be made before the booking ends. Rates are as follows, based on total days booked. Under a week, daily rates. Weekly and monthly, discounted rates will apply.

Late Return: Full daily rate will be assessed.

We use Booqable and Paypal for payments. So you know your information is safe and secure. 

Yes, children under 12 years old or 4'11" tall must use a car seat in private vehicles in the Philippines. This is required by the Child Safety in Motor Vehicles Act, or Republic Act 11229. The law applies to private motor vehicles, but not public utility vehicles. 

Kids don't like car seats, they will cry and scream. But as a parent it's important that we teach children the importance of safety, even if the destination is close by. Let them cry for a minute. We may even have to force them to sit in the seat. It only takes one crash or one hard braking to injure someone. Learn more on NHTSA Website.

• Children should use a restraint system that is appropriate for their weight, height, and age.
• Children under 4'11" tall should not sit in the front seat of a car. 

We charge a fair deposit amount based on the second hand value of the item you rent.

You get the item in exchange for the deposit, nothing to lose.
